The location is prime, food is ok, it was a decent stay for the amount I paid. The staff were all polite. The rooms are a bit outdated and needs to be renovated, but as I wrote before, for the amount I paid for my stay it was pretty good.

Chnaged the room thrice, still it was rhe worst. This hotel has zero maintenance. First room was in front of garbage area, second room was full of filthy smell like anything, the third room had broken wall and the tap was not working. And the hotel management team was well aware of this issue. When I complained to the manager m, his was reaction was so reluctant like it is normal and it can happen.

We reached the property around 12 at night, the receptionist is sleeping with only a single staff member, who only does room cleaning. Gates were closed after 12 nights, and the kitchen was closed so we had to order food from outside. No room cleaning done on the next day even after instructions and keys given at reception. The cleanliness of the rooms was not proper, especially the bathroom was stinking. Only good thing that they call for breakfast if you have booked. But the taste and breakfast items were not up to mark. Overall a very bad experience after paying so much money for this.

As a three star some things were anticipated like slow service, rude staff, and missing amenities. But the tariff over and above that actually doesnt make sense. If you are with a guide, you will be served breakfast or you would be asked to self serve, two hours for hot water because the system is centralized to the whole building, blanket cover given only when asked, no customization of even an omlet, rude staff saying “apne aap le lo chai” are some of the services we got when we took a higher value room with them costing for three people.

Overall good. Pro: location wise it's very good. The staff are very friendly. Neat and clean. Big own parking space. Not tried food, but visited the area. It was very nice. Cons: room infrastructure is a bit outdated. Tried to give rajasthan feel that's good but a bit of improvement required. The main door is not locking properly or can say door fittings are not good, which i feel is very important when staying with family, same in the washroom.

Overall it was good experience to stay at hotel glitz jaipur, it was located on amer road so all the tourist places are near by that's why it was very convenient for us to cover all the locations in 2 days, also staff was very supportive and they also help/guide us. Rooms are very neat and clean.

The stay experience was good. The property was nice too. I faced a problem with washroom, as the water was getting accumulated at the sink. Also, room service was not as expected, when i asked for water, they gave it in dirty water bottles.
